Q: What is your return policy?
A: Refunds will be accepted within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. For international customers returns will be accepted within 20 days of receipt of merchandise. Due to the delicate nature of swimwear and hygienic reasons the hygienic strip and all tags must be still intact. We currently do not do product exchanges.

Q: How do I make a return?
A: A Return Form is included with every package. If you are unable to locate your Return Form, please click here to view and print a new form.
Pack the product, the return form, and the original packing slip and send using a traceable or insured mail service
(customer is responsible for return shipping costs).
Q: Can I exchange a suit for a suit from another line?
A: A refund will be given for the original suit. Please re-order the suit you are interested in.
Q: When checking on the status of my order I received an "In Process" message. What does that mean?
A: "In Process" means that your order is in the early stages of shipping. Changes to your order cannot be made during this time. Once your order is received you can always make a return as long as it is within the 14 days.
Q. Can I cancel an order?
A. An order can only be canceled by phone or fax up until the time the item has shipped.
Q: Why am I paying tax on shipping and handling?
A: State tax regulations require that we collect sales tax on shipping and handling where applicable. All sales taxes that are collected are paid to the state where the tax is collected and merchandise has been shipped.
Q: How is sales tax determined?
A: The sales tax rate and imposition is determined by the location where the merchandise is being shipped.

A: Some styles, sizes and colors may no longer be available.
Q: Can out of stock suits be backordered?
A: No. If a suit becomes available after being out of stock, it will be updated and made available on the website.
Q: Do you have a catalog?
A: We do not carry catalogs. Our online catalog is the most current catalog.
Q: When does my credit card get charged?
A: Credit card orders are authorized for the amount of the order at the time of purchase. The card is not actually charged until the order is shipped.
Q: Are my transactions and personal information secure?
A: Yes. All credit card transactions are 100% secure through our server. While checking out you can verify this by the secure web page indication on your page.
